Facilan™ C8 Filament – Smooth Finish and Superior Strength
Facilan™ C8 is an advanced 3D printing filament engineered for high-quality, end-use applications. It offers exceptional tensile and impact strength, surpassing ABS and PLA, respectively. The filament produces parts with a smooth, matte surface finish and excellent layer adhesion, minimizing visible layer lines. Ideal for manufacturing, prototyping, and consumer products, Facilan™ C8 combines ease of printing with outstanding mechanical properties.

Facilan™ HT Filament – High-Temperature Copolyester for Durable 3D Prints
Facilan™ HT is an amorphous copolyester filament engineered for applications requiring enhanced heat resistance and mechanical strength. With a glass transition temperature of 100°C and a heat deflection temperature of 89°C, it surpasses PETG and PLA in thermal performance. Its high tensile strength (62 MPa) and stiffness (tensile modulus of 2100 MPa) make it ideal for producing rigid parts with thin walls and low infill, optimizing print speed and material usage. The filament yields prints with a high-gloss, shiny surface finish and is based on food contact-approved raw materials compliant with US, EU, and Japanese regulations, as well as the Directive 2009/548/EC for toy safety. Facilan™ HT is compatible with standard FFF 3D printers and has a printing profile available in the Ultimaker Cura Marketplace.

Facilan™ Ortho Filament – Flexible and Biodegradable for Orthotics
Facilan™ Ortho is a flexible, biodegradable filament specifically developed for medical and orthotic use. It can be safely reshaped using warm water, making it perfect for braces, insoles, and corrective supports. Facilan™ PCL 100 Filament – Biodegradable and Flexible for Advanced Medical Research
Facilan™ PCL 100 is a semi-crystalline, biodegradable polyester filament designed for high-value applications in medical research and bioprinting. With a low melting point (~120°C) and glass transition temperature of -60°C, it offers exceptional flexibility and toughness. The filament can be reshaped after printing in warm water (~55°C), making it ideal for custom-fit medical devices. Certified as OK biodegradable MARINE and WATER by TÜV Austria, it ensures environmental sustainability. Facilan™ PCL 100 is widely used in applications such as artificial trachea, smart materials, tissue engineering scaffolds, and bioabsorbable implants.
