Description
Heat-resistant filament with high rigidity
Z-PEI 1010* is a blend of PEI slightly stronger than Z-PEI 9085 and with higher heat deflection temperature. The material can withstand temperatures exceeding 208 °C. It is also harder than Z-PEI 9085 which makes it perfect for scenarios where high rigidity is of paramount importance. It offers broad chemical resistance to automotive fluids, fully halogenated hydrocarbons, alcohols, and aqueous solutions among others.
Applications
- components with high rigidity
- temperature reistant parts
- chemically resistant parts
Main features:
- Resistance to heat
- High rigidity
- Resistance to chemicals
- Translucency
*Remember that 3D printing with Z-PEI 1010 requires using a separate high-temperature hotend module which will be dedicated only to this filament.
