The Intamsys Funmat Pro 410 3D printer is an ideal solution for industrial 3D printing with performance printing materials such as PEEK, PEKK or ULTEM.
The Intamsys Funmat Pro 410 is a 3D printer which can also process industrial high-performance materials due to the heated installation space (up to 90 degrees celsius). The print head can be heated up to 500°C. Considering this, even temperature resistant and resilient materials can be processed. Due to the clever dual-extrusion mechanism, which always raises a print nozzle so that high-quality surfaces are produced, several materials can also be processed simultaneously. The printing plate automatically levels itself using a high-precision sensor.
In addition, the printer has sensors that can detect filament jams as well as filament endings and pauses the printer in time. A Power Failure Recovery is also possible, so that the printer can continue to operate even after a blackout. This also helps to realize larger printing objects in the spacious 30x30x40cm print space.
The Pro 410 has a network interface built in so that the printer's camera can be accessed remotely and the print status can be checked. The device itself has a 7-inch full-colour touch screen which allows the operation to be as easy and intuitive as possible.
The filament of the printer is fed through a heated drying box. This ensures that the print material arrives at the print nozzle in the ideal condition. The material variety is enormous. Thanks to the heated installation space, the following materials can be printed on the Intamsys Funmat Pro 410:
