The Prusa Pro HT90 is a delta kinematics 3D printer with a cylindrical print area (Ø300 × 400 mm). It is specifically designed to maximize the potential of advanced materials like ABS, ASA, PCCF and PA. Its heated chamber, which reaches up to 90 °C, and innovative cooling system, provide unparalleled layer adhesion and print quality.

With the HT90, you can print large objects without any warping, poor overhangs, or layer delamination. Additionally, the Input Shaper technology enables ultra-fast printing prototypes from PLA, PETG, and similar materials, all of them easily printable even with a closed chamber.

Equipped with a swappable print head featuring a high-temperature nozzle capable of reaching 500 °C, the HT90 also handles demanding materials like PEEK, PEKK, PPS, PSU, PES, PEI (Ultem) for small to medium-sized objects. This makes it the most affordable 3D printer for high-performance filaments. The built-in recirculation loop constantly purifies the air inside the chamber through a HEPA filter. Both the High-Flow and High-Temperature print heads are included in the package.

The printer is easy to set up and configure, offering both a fully-featured offline operation for maximum security and a robust online print management system.

Accessories

Many of the high-end materials are hygroscopic, which means they rapidly absorb moisture from air. To prevent degraded print performance, filaments need to be kept dry at all times. For this purpose, the HT90 can be purchased along with either a DryBox or a full-scale industrial filament dryer.

DryBox

The Prusa Filament Drybox is an essential accessory for working with moisture-sensitive materials. This hermetically sealed box ensures optimal conditions for storing and printing filaments that require low humidity, which is crucial for maintaining print quality. Without this box, printing certain materials is practically impossible. This is especially true for high-performance polymers like PEI, PEEK, PEKK, or PSU, which require precisely controlled conditions.

Memmert UF30 Dryer

Memmert UF30 is a high-performance lab oven made of high-quality, hygienic, easy-to-clean stainless steel. It’s the perfect solution for precise filament drying, with temperatures adjustable between +20 and +300 °C. Most of high-performance materials are highly hygroscopic, meaning that they absorb moisture from the environment.

This severely degrades their performance, even to the point of rendering them completely impossible to print. With the filament dryer, you can easily reduce the moisture content to optimal levels. Once the filament is properly dry, you should place it directly into the DryBox to prevent repeated moisture build-up. The volume of the UF30 chamber is 32 liters.
